Have you ever wondered why is it that we do not see (any type) of Mercedes on the race strip, or circuit, or even more, on the streets taking a drag challenge, making some drifts and rubber burnouts? Well, that is a philosophical question that requires a lot of metaphysical thinking, so we will come back on that subject in some other occasion. But now, we have one of those rare opportunities to see a Mercedes E drift action!
It is a highly tuned up and modified yellow Mercedes-Benz E Coupe, with V8 engine under the hood that produces mighty 500 horsepower, at drifting competition, doing some pretty awesome drift performance. From the little info that we have, we will tell you that for this occasion (and others like it, of course), the car had been significantly lightened and embedded with a rollbar. Behind these modifications is the name Alutec.
I do not know about you, but watching this Mercedes E drift really gives me a positive vibes. Do not miss that moment at the end, when it is finishing its last run, Mercedes is joined with his team mate, a great BMW M3. What an awesome pair they make! Wouldn’t you agree?
Finally, you will thank us later for this link!
