A couple of Toyota Mirais have been appended at two entities of the Californian Government! And it looks like Toyota has offered these Mirais with a
pretty good discount! The Sacramento County acquired the Mirais for a price of $41,000! The Toyota Mirai`s sticker price is $57,000, so this means that the Sacramento County got a discount of 28%! As for Long Beach, they made a three year leasing deal at $24,000 with fuel and maintenance included!
The State of California has 29 hydrogen refueling stations which 24 of them are public. Compared to the rest of the US this is pretty impressive! However, California is still behind schedule. California announced in 2004 that by the end of 2010 there would be 250 refueling stations throughout the state. So, while the new Toyota Mirais acquisitions may be great news for hydrogen enthusiasts, California still remains behind schedule!
