Those of you who are following us on a regular basis and for some time now, and who had paid a little attention to my articles, have probably noticed that I`m a hardcore fan of Mopar, and especially of both Dodge Challenger and Charger models. And even though I have never ever tried to put down the significance and the entire legacy which Ford Motor Company had left to the American muscle car fans with its various models of the Ford Mustang, there were never any doubts in my mind which car is my favorite and what would be my choice for my own, personal dream vintage Detroit muscle. In other words, I have never considered to get a Ford Mustang for my own ride. But, do you know that saying “When the facts speak, the gods remain silent”? Well, for me, that moment has come now, when I saw this utterly awesome and jaw-dropping 1968 Ford Mustang Convertible, at this year`s Sema Motor Show.
I won`t say a single word about its appearance, but will leave it to you to see it for yourself and to be the judge just how great it is done. So I will only tell you that under the hood of this 1968 Ford Mustang Convertible, there is a 302ci V8 engine that is giving a total output to a 400 HP, a 4-barrel Holley carburetor, mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission. It has a Magnaflow performance dual exhaust system, and it is shoed in 20″ Forgiato wheels…
So, enough `talks` about it, but just have a look at the video below and see this ultimate beauty yourself! And if you want to see some of the best classic Detroit muscles at the 2015 SEMA, go to this link.
