Rare are the videos that are giving me as much pleasure and joy as the ones that are showing one vehicle`s way from the junk yard, to a state of perfection. Something that starts as a wreck and becomes a jaw-dropping ride that makes heads turn, and Gearheads talking about it with exaltation. And that is exactly what we have prepared for you today. A clip that is showing us the path of one awesome white Chevy Corvette, the way it looked when they have found it at the scrap yard, till the moments when its owner proudly takes it to the garage, for a Chevy Corvette dyno test!
I do not know whether you remember or not, but not so long ago, we have had a similar article about the becoming of a 1971 Dodge Challenger, starting from a real wreck, all the way to a great Mopar vintage muscle that many people would love to have. The following video is showing us something similar about this Chevy Corvette. From what we can see in the footage, the main difference is that the `Vette used to be in far worse condition that the above mentioned Challenger. Actually, it did not even look like a car, but something that resembles some kind of a vehicle.
But the way these fellows have made it, equipping it with a 408 cubic inch LS engine and 88 mm Garet Turbo, mated to an RPM Trans Powered Glide…now this awesome looking vintage Corvette can deliver 701 HP and 607 pound feet of torque, and that is on a 93 octane pump gas!
