One of the most famous and prestigious Italian sports cars, the 1954 Alfa Romeo Giulietta, has just turn 60 this year, and what better place for celebration is out there than here, at the oldest car expo in the world, 2014 Paris Motor Show that began two centuries ago, at 1898 as the first manifestation of this kind.
The very first Giulietta in the series was shown as a preview in its native Turin, in Italy, at the spring of 1954, and later on that same year it was officially presented to the public at a motor show that was held in Turin also. For many years, Alfa Romeo Giulietta will be a regular participant and winner at many famous races, like the 24 Hours of Le Mans. In the same period, its popularity amongst the young Europeans will reach its pick and it will become on of `the most wanted` Italian sports cars.
