This white Subaru WRX STi survives the flood and on the video below you can see how the first start looks like. A lot of puked up water will start getting out of the exhaust. Obviously the owner of this Subaru didn’t changed the oil, coolant liquid in the engine and all the liquids in in the car. He should also check the intake and all the manifold seals before he do the start up.
However, I’m not sure if it is the best decision to keep the flood-damaged cars in the long run because with the time all the electronics in the car will start corroding. Anyway, every owner has their own opinion on the flooded cars, but it is really surprising this car was able to start up with all of that water. It is really a miracle how this amount of water didn’t make a huge damage to the engine and all the other systems.
So, this amazing 2015 Subaru WRX STi managed to survive the flood, but we are glad the water is already out from the engine and probably we will see this Subaru on the streets again. However, if that’s a salted water the problems will come with the time…
