There has been some utterly amazing car shows on Discovery Channel in the past decade or so. We enjoyed watching every single one of them. But it seems that the one show that got us involved into all of this must be Overhaulin. The legendary show that took the owner`s car without a clue and making it look absolutely amazing. One man stood behind everything that was going on during the process, and we are all familiar with his name, Chip Foose. But did you know that the boys from Gas Monkey Garage appeared on Overhaulin many years ago?
Well, in this video we check out the story behind how all of this happened as Richard Rawlings takes us through it. It all began when he first met Chip Foose. Richard explained to him that he was a car enthusiast and that he had a shop. Thus he wanted to prove himself and to show off his talent. Chip decided to give him and Aaron, who did not have beard at that time, a chance to appear couple of times on the show.
Later on, Chip also gave some advice to Richard about making his own show, which later on became one of the best car shows we have ever watched. Despite Aaron departing Gas Monkey Garage, we can never forget the great times these boys have been through.
