There have passed no more no less but 6 decades after the legendary Mille Miglia victory of the model, where behind the wheel was the one and only Stirling Moss. Having in mind that there are only 8 existing examples of the Mercedes Benz 300 SLR, that fact says enough about the truly extraordinary experience that the team behind Goodwood has prepared for us, this year. The ones being displayed are with the chassis numbers 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 10, whereas number 4 is the lucky one for Mr. Moss! During the weekend he will be reunited with this model that brought him victory in the 1955 Mille Miglia!
