Some may think that travelling at a speed of over 6,000MPH sounds farfetched. However, you must take in mind that during certain points in our history, many things that we take for granted today, were not deemed possible in the past. For example, back in the days, no one in their right mind would think of self-powered carriages and people flying in the skies. Except for those very few who worked hard to deliver those bold ideas to life. So, in tribute to humanity`s endless creativity, we present to you the Scramjet engine. This is an idea that has a military origin, like having bombers and missiles capable of speeds exceeding those that are currently in production by a huge margin.
However, humanity can also find other good uses for the incredible Scramjet engine. For example, this state-of-the-art technology can be used to take astronauts to the International Space Station in a very fast time. Nevertheless, like everything else, the use of this technology will depend on the consumer market. So, the future is pretty bright for the aviation industry. We can see some hyper-fast commercial aircrafts flying at speeds of nearly 5,000MPH! Meaning that a commercial jet fitted with this engine can fly from NY to LA in just half an hour! This is admittedly nearly impossible to even fathom. Nevertheless, this is what the future has in store for us and we are more than excited to see this come into fruition.
