The world was devastated when they heard that one of our favorite actors ever was involved in a car crash that cost his life. Paul Walker was inside his Porsche and the driver, Roger Rodas, was driving 93mp/h in a 45 zone. Suddenly the driver lost control near Kelly Johnson parkway in California and crashed into a concrete pole. The car burst in flames and Paul Walker died on the spot due to the trauma caused by the accident. Paul Walker`s Daughter Meadow was filled with grief and accused Porsche for the wrongful death of her father.
She sued the company for “history of instability” that the Porsche Carrera GT had as well as some previous mechanical issues with the car. However this lawsuit has been settled down and the papers have been kept confidential. Back in 2015 Porsche made an acclimation and said the Paul Walker was aware and knew about all the dangers he was facing with while driving in the car.
They also added that the vehicle was abused and altered and was improperly maintained. Some of you might know, but Meadow actually received over $10 million in a settlement from the estate of Roger Rodas. But this is basically nothing compared to the massive amount of money that Paul Walker would have made all by himself with the legendary franchise Fast and Furious if he was about to finish the movie.
What do you think, is this outcome fair enough for both sides, Paul Walker`s Daughter and the company?
