To have an opportunity to see the first `megawatt` car in the world, the Koenigsegg One:1 in action, pushing those 1 341 HP to the limit, to smash the existing world record for the 0-300-0 kmh (0-186-0 mph), demonstrating its acceleration and braking capabilities in only 17.95 seconds, is definitely something that no Gearhead in this world should miss it! This KOENIGSEGG Record run was exactly 3.24 seconds faster than the one of the previous record holder, the Koenigsegg Agera R, and it was set during a practice session at Koenigsegg`s official test track, with the factory driver Robert Serwanski behind the wheel.
KOENIGSEGG Record happened exactly two weeks ago, on June 8, and I have got to tell you that it looks pretty impressive! Besides a demonstration of its speed, the following video will show you the stability of this phenomenal supercar, which is remaining still and stable even when it is pushed over the top! The driver Serwanski only needs to touch the wheel from time to time, and just hit the gas and slam on the brakes.
