Hyundai introduced the Assurance Connected Care service at the 2013 New York Auto Show with its luxurious Equus sedan. This safety technology is free for 3 years on any car equipped with the Hyundai’s Blue Link safety system. Actually, it’s the 3rd service package to join already unveiled Blue Link suite, after its Essentials and Guidance
Assurance Connected Vehicle provides all the owners with vehicle reports on monthly level, diagnostic trouble codes notification, maintenance alerts as well as safety features like Blue Link automatic collision notification and SOS emergency assistance.
The service can be transferred to new owner within the 3-year timeframe. The price is still not unveiled, but the owners who have Blue Link can also add Assurance Connected Care at a discounted price.
