People do all sorts of experiments these days mostly because they want to entertain their broad audience. Though some of these experiments are actually helpful and you can learn a lot, there are some that are absolutely pointless. Obviously those who conduct those experiments, do it just for the money and fame. Hereby this video is something that either you are going to absolutely love the idea or simply hate it hence it is pointless. Namely, the famous YouTube channel, TechRax decides to see what is going to happen if you throw chunk of dry ice into molten lava.
The host seems excited even at the start and he simply cannot stop talking throughout the whole video. He is standing somewhere on a mountain near a small active volcano. We can see the molten lava coming down from the top of the volcano and even though it seems that is super dangerous for the man to stand there, he does it anyways. Then he finally throws the chunk of dry ice in the molten lava. Though this might disappoint many of you, but nothing actually happens.
The lava simply covers the dry ice leaving behind no reaction or smoke. Even the host was surprised by this hence he expected to see at least something, like a small bubble forming over the dry ice. Even though it might seem that there is no purpose in this experiment, we must admit that we all had the wish to see what is going to happen when you combine them!
And finally, see the opposite -- lava on ice! It’s totally different!
