Tesla recall is not something you experience on daily basis. Today, the Tesla Model X got its first recall due to rear seats problems! Tesla Motors announced that they will have to change the third row seats in around 2.700 models.
The main reason for the Tesla recall is the hinge that allows the third row seats to fold forward! It all went great at the testing! 15 times the car was tested and no problems occurred. However, the 16th time they tried it, the latch from the seats failed!
This is why, Tesla Motors will recall up to 2.700 units to get them fixed!
