I`m sure that most of you will agree with me that the words Gearhead and cop, cannot really be associated with one another, given the fact that it`s the police officers who are writing the pricey speeding tickets. But, as we`re about to see in this article, and the video below, there are exemptions even here. And this time, it comes in the name of officer Matt from Denver, Colorado.
Even though he had chosen this profession, Matt has been a true Gearhead ever since he was a 13-year old kid, when he first began working on cars, mainly with the domestic American muscle rides. However, soon after, he became interested in the import scene as well, and he built his Twin Turbo Dodge Stealth R/T, that was boosting 444 HP.
Back in 2011, he was deployed to Afghanistan, as a part of the Army Reserve unit, and it was approximately in that period, when he first decided to buy himself a 2009 Nissan GTR Skyline. But he got back, the prices of the Nissan GTR R35s didn`t drop low enough, as he was expecting (and hoping), so he decided to go for his next best option: a 1989 Nissan Skyline GTR!
And it turned out to be a very good decision. The following video is telling us his story and experience with this awesome ride…
