The Longest Drivable Distance On Earth!

The Longest Drivable Distance On Earth 1

There are many awesome comparisons we have previously seen by people who made some amazing videos, and this time we take a look at yet another one. But, this is not exactly a comparison; instead, we take a look at what is the longest drivable distance on Earth. If you have previously wondered, here is the answer. First of all we need to determine which the biggest road system on our planet is. There are four, North America, South America, Australia and the biggest of them all, Asia-Europe-Africa. These three continents are connected to each other via a road, which means that logically there has to be the longest drivable distance on Earth.

This is actually true, and we will begin searching our route from one place on these continents. Logically, you would think that going from Africa to Asia via Europe would be the longest of them all. Even though this would have been true, but you have to cross the Mediterranean with a ferry, which basically disqualifies this route.

So, the only thing left is to look for a route that goes from Europe to Asia. So, after couple of hours calculating it, the longest drivable distance on Earth is the one from Sagres, Portugal to Khasan, Russia. It will take you 6 days and 19 hours of continuous driving to complete this 8726 miles route. This is an amazing demonstration of a dilemma that many have thought wrong.

What do you think, were you surprised by this?
