Greetings from Bavaria! After several speculations and guesses, the German manufacturer BMW has finally let the cat out of the bag, by revealing the 6th generation of its 7 Series. Loads of improvements are included in the 2016 BMW 7 whereas the most significant one is the weight reduction of, no more no less, but 190 pounds thanks to the new Carbon Core structure that is actually a combination of carbon fiber plastic with tensile steel!
The other new features of the BMW 7 Series worth mentioning are the 3D sensors which respond to pre-programed hand motions. Pretty cool, right?! The Sedan also got the title as one of the largest BMW models as it is 206,6 inches big in total. The model will debut in the States with 2 engines. The already known 3.0 liter turbocharged 6-cylinder as a part of the 740i and the 4.4 liter twin turbocharged V8 placed under the hood of the 750i xDrive!
