He drilled couple of holes in it and installed a pump which allowed him to use it as a pressurized tank for carrying water. Surprisingly enough, the tank is capable of fitting in as much as 7 gallons of water.
The hole in which the water is poured into is located on the left side of the bumper and underneath the car the water pump is secured. It does not take up any space. On the right side of the Jeep Wrangler JK is where you can actually use the pressurized water system through a small tap.
