We have witnessed a lot of good drivers showcasing their skills on the road! This video however, is a bit different from the others. It shows us a type of skill you normally don`t see on the street. We are talking about the skill of operating an excavator! Although this machine is slow, and used for digging instead of driving, it doesn`t mean that it doesn`t take some talent to utilize its capabilities to the max!
This guy did the weirdest excavator unloading we have ever seen! This video clip put a smile on our faces, and it will hopefully do the same to you! The excavator is loaded onto a truck and has to be unloaded on the ground in order to start working. Instead of using the usual unloading ram, the excavator operator decided to do the unloading in his own way! Lucky for us, his colleagues decided to film the whole process!
Everything starts with driving the excavator to the verge of the bed of the construction truck. From that position, the operator lowers the arm of the excavator and places the bucket on the ground. With everything in place, he slowly starts to lower the excavator body closer to the ground! This particular model has a bulldozer blade in front of the tracks. After the blade is on the ground, he rotates the excavator`s body and its arm to the opposite side.
With the bucket now put on the truck`s bed, he carefully lowers the bulldozer blade while maintaining balance with the bucket at the front! This is how the craziest excavator unloading is done! Although it looks like the unloading damaged the road a little bit, we must admit this was a great display of skills! Check out the video and enjoy!
