It’s very hard to watch all of those Land Rovers, Porsche‘s, Jaguars and even a £260,000 Rolls Royce Wraith are salvaged from capsized transporter ship. All of these luxury cars arrived back on the land after the accident, but all of them are crushed and they they have bad scratches and huge dents. Believe it or not on the Hoegh Osaka transporter ship there were 1,400 luxury cars, most of them Range Rovers, Porsche’s, Jaguars and Rolls Royce’s and they were all grounded on Bramble Bank to stop its capsizing.
However, the owner of the company announced that the damage to the vehicles is “limited”, there is a huge possibility the whole fleet of cars to be scraped in the car compactors. That happen back in 2006 to more than 4,700 Mazda cars after similar ship accident in the North Pacific. All of those Mazdas were sent you MV Cougar Ace, the official car crusher to be destroyed.
