This is a sign that your front wheel bearings are worn out and should be replaced any time soon. After getting a new set of wheel bearings, it is time to take the old ones out. First of all you need to loosen up the axle nut. This might require taking off your wheel and using breaker bar hence the nut can sometimes be extremely tight, so take your time and make sure you do not damage anything.
Now you are ready to take unscrew the axle nut completely off. Now you are going to have to take out the break caliper and rotor. This is done in one process and all you need to do is to take out the two caliper racket bolts.
