As winter comes, people are getting ready for it with a bunch of household chores. To have warm winter days, the vast majority has to buy or cut down some trees, split the logs and transport them, to finally make a huge reserve for the unpredictable cold waves. However, everybody gets bored with that idea, to waste time, money and energy for a safe and sound winter and today we chose the guys in the video bellow, who will show you how to have fun during the log splitting task that we mentioned before. These guys truly made one awesome log splitter!
Inspired by the power of the 2006 Pontiac GTO, these crazy blokes decide to transform the car into log splitter. Yup! Log splitter! They put the car on a jack stand, removed the tire, installed the unit and voila- the Pontiac is in a cracking form to split some logs. The 2006 Pontiac GTO has many assets to brag about! But the engineers who designed this car definitely didn`t have a log splitter feature in mind! However, don`t be so quick to give credits to the guy in the video for having built this awesome log splitter! There is a thing out there called “The Stickler”! The Stickler is a huge wood screw that can be attached to the car hub!
Although, it looks funny and simple, we must mention that this method can cost you an arm and a leg, and that is why we recommend you to not try this at home. Plus, this home-made log splitter is quite slower and less practical than the regular ones. However, if you have a similar idea that maybe is more efficient, then you are welcomed to show it to us.
