Taking into an account that there are so few Nissan Skyline GTR R33 examples in the Unites States, it is a real pleasure every time we come across a video clip with it. And when the specimen is such a powerful monster, like the one that you are going to see today, powered by an engine that is giving a total output of over 1 000 HP, rocking the dyno like a volcano, then we have something that should not be missed.
As many of you know, the Nissan Skyline GTR R33 came out on the market 20 years ago, back in 1995, as a successor of the legendary R32 with a manual gearbox. It was powered by the very same R32 motor, only with a few changes and improves. At that time, the Japanese law did not allow an engine that will be exceeding 280 HP, so that was the limit of the stock version.
But that did not stop the GTR enthusiasts to tune it and make an ultra-powerful beast out of it, just like the specimen that you will see in the video below. As you could have read in the title, this monster is boosting astonishing 1 000 HP, and it strikes the dynamometer like a thunder.
So check it out, enjoy its dyno performance, and do not be shy to share your thoughts about it with us in the comment section below. And if you want to learn something more about the Nissan Skyline GTR R33, click here.
