We are all aware and more or less know the whole process of how a car is made. But this video contains all of those tiny details you might not be aware off. The whole process begins on a blank piece of paper. Some rough sketches are made until the final design is completed. After that a clay model of the cars` sketch is made. Every little detail and every single process is tested and simulated. New technology goes along with the craftsmanship until the final product is made. Then every part is made at a pressing tool with utmost precision.
After every part has been made the car is off to production. In the press shop, steel is treated at high temperatures to improve its strength. As most of you know, the body shop is mostly done by robots and after this is complete, the car goes off to the paint shop. In the video is stated that traditional series production no longer exist and every car is put together according to the needs of the customer.
