There are powerful muscle cars, and then there are some totally insane muscle beasts, specialized for drag racing – the dragsters – so powerful and fast, they can make you feel your knees start trembling at the very moment you become aware about its power (hopefully, that won`t happen when/if you are behind the wheel). And the Chevy Camaro Drag Race specimen that you are going to see in the video clip below, is definitely all that!
So, let me put it this way. Out of the many Chevy Camaro Drag Race examples that we had seen at this year`s SEMA Motor Show, this has to be the craziest one of them all! Only the fact that among the other things, it is also equipped with two parachutes, speaks a lot about how fast it can go!
Then of course, there are the other features that are recognizable for the dragsters, like the super-long hood that stretches all the way to the front bumper, and that hides the most important thing. That huge and extremely powerful Big Block Chevy motor that catapults this beast to the finish line of the strip in just a few seconds.
