We suppose you have all heard about the new and revolutionary tire-wheel cluster called Michelin Tweel tires! It is usually used for skid steer that prefer to use huge strength poly spokes and not air in order to hold up the machine load. In that way, a zero down time tire with no drawback, and moreover, no limitation of solid tweel tires is allowed!
The guys from Pete`s Tire Barns are the first ones that have successfully retreaded a Michelin`s Tweel tires in the whole UNITED STATES! What they did, is that they firstly buffed down the surface of the Tweel and then the technicians filled the remaining gaps by using rubber! Afterwards they cured for 4 hours, while being exposed to heat and pressure! It was all worth of it since a high quality Tweel tires came out of their garage as a result of hard work!
