This is definitely not your ordinary car or Ferrari for that matter. It`s the historic Ferrari 250 GTO which has not been driven by an ordinary driver as well. This legendary Ferrari 250 GTO was once used in race by none other than F1 champion and 24 Hours of Le Mans winner – Phil Hill. In this one, Phil Hill`s son, Derek Hill is driving this car on the limit in what makes one extraordinary Ferrari hillclimb produced by Petrolicious. This footage was made for a different clip a year ago. However, now we have the opportunity to see the raw 7 minutes footage.
Of course, this GTO doesn`t require any introduction because it`s definitely one of the biggest classics the automotive world has known. There isn`t a single car collector that doesn`t have this car in his wish list. Derek Hill`s skills are also amazing and he completely nails this Ferrari hillclimb. Derek never reached his father`s success in motorsports. However, he has three won many races sports car and formula racing. He is also one of the last to race professionally with a Bugatti at Daytona back in `96. Point is, this dude can drive, and this hillclimb with his father`s legendary Ferrari 250 GTO proves that.
