Maybe at first it will look just like any other 2011 Dodge Challenger SRT8 392, but when that huge 6.4 liter V8 engine spins to life, it is a whole different story. Dennis McCarthy’s team who was working on the mechanics of the cars for the movie, did not have to do anything about this beast, simply because this wide-body Dodge Challenger is so powerful by itself, creating clouds of smoke that are causing traffic jams. And it is not just the quality and quantity of smokes that this muscle monster produces, but it is the fact how easy it does it. What I`m trying to tell you is that it is one mean machine that needs absolutely no tuning. It is the Dominic Toretto car for God’s sake!
If you remember well, at the end of “Fast 5“, Dominic (Vin Diesel) and Brian (Paul Walker) were relaxing on some tropical paradise after successfully surviving the Brazilian chaos, and somewhere along the way, Brian gets his hands on a Nissan GTR R35, Dom takes this very same 2011 Dodge Challenger SRT8 392, and they start racing them as the credits started to roll. And that is how the awesome Challenger got into “Fast & Furious 6″…
