The place is actually an enormous driving park where the researchers prepare autonomous car before they enter the traffic in real conditions. Governments all around the world invest in such technology as it is more than clear that these tests are inevitable. Connected as well as automated vehicles feel free in this one of a kind fake city.
This is the place where the cars are being tested with realistic conditions as they switch lanes, wait for traffic lights, let pedestrians walk by and so on. The vehicles are being tested on several grounds, urban, suburban and gravel roads.
