German driver Michael Schumacher has been selected as the best driver of the Ferrari team in Formula 1 ever. The voting was made on a poll conducted by the F1 Racing magazine. On the occasion of the celebration of 70th Ferrari anniversary, F1 Racing magazine organized a survey to select the best driver of the Ferrari team of all time. Tens of thousands of voters chose between 38 drivers who won the title from 1950 till present, and the winner is Michael Schumacher with over 50% of the votes won.
The most famous German race driver is in front of the legendary Kimi Raikkonen, Gilles Villeneuve and Juan Manuel Fangio, Fernando Alonso took the sixth position, Vettel‘s tenth, and Massa was twelve.
Here is the top 10 list of the best Ferrari drivers in the Ferrari team of all time:
1. Michael Schumacher – 50.1%
2. Kimi Raikonen – 12.4%
3. Jules Villenueve – 10.3%
4. Huan Manuel Fangio – 5.6%
5. Niki Lauda – 5.4%
6. Fernando Alonso – 5.3%
7. Nigel Mansel – 1.6%
8. Alan Prost – 1.4%
9. Alberto Askari – 1.4%
10. Sebastien Vetel – 1.3%
This December issue of the F1 Racing magazine also includes a feature on a significant Ferrari Formula 1 car from each of the past 6 decades from the history of the Scuderia Ferrari.
