By now, most of us have seen the Tesla Model S on a drag race strip, facing and taking on the new Corvette C7 Z 51 in a very close finish. And now the time has come for the new 2015 Nissan GTR, a family member and successor of the legendary `blood line` of the kings of the fast street cars! Amazing Tesla vs GTR race!
After so much talking and totally polarized comments about the electric cars, I guess the time is coming to put the money where your mouth is. And what happens now when you have a car, an electric sedan that weights over two tons, when it is facing one of the most legendary supercars that has ever felt the smell of a drag strip? Do we even consider the Tesla Model S as a worthy opponent against the Godzilla – a mass murderer of everyone who had the guts to face him and challenge him? The answer is – Yes we do!
We have the Nissan`s twin turbo GTR engine with enormous horsepower and acceleration from 0 to 60 in just 3.7 seconds, but it is the Tesla Model S that flies away like a bullet shoot from a gun, thanks to its high acceleration. I`m not going to tell you how is this whole thing ending, but will let you see it for yourself. Truly great Tesla vs GTR race!
