The guy that made this powerful laser says that it is pretty dangerous to use it and even he is afraid to operate it. Bear this is mind, no matter how cool it looks. Anyway, let`s see the components of this crazy creation. The core of it is a 40 watt blue laser diode array that produces 8 parallel laser beams (each beam = 5 watts). It is powered by one large Lithium battery pack. Funny thing is that it is legal! After the introduction, the guy in the video starts shooting the beams towards different objects. He starts by popping 8 balloons and continues with burning some paper, methanol, ping pong ball… It looks so unreal!
