Chevy Dealership Opens Again After 40 Years! Lambrecht Auto Auction Drew $2.8 Million Thanks To These Rare 500 Chevrolet Cars!

Every car collectors dream is to find a long forgotten classic car in a dusty warehouse or a barn. This is exactly that dream, but 500 times better! A small time dealership in Pierce, Nebraska sold many Chevrolets to first-time buyers and local families. However, the owners closed shop many years ago. Since then, a massive inventory of 500 new and used cars have been collecting dust and not being driven for decades. 50 of these legendary vehicles that some of them originate from the 1950`s have less than ten miles on the clock. They finally saw light some three years ago and have been included in the Lambrecht auto auction which managed to draw staggering $2.8 million in bids!

The owners of this legendary dealership are Ray and Mildred Lambrecht. Their daughter Jeannie stated that to liquidate their massive inventory of legendary cars was a very hard and painful decision by her parents. What precisely was up for sale in the Lambrecht auto auction? Well, it was an endless list of 50`s and 60`s Tri-Fives, Chevelles, Impalas, including a 1963 Impala with less than ten miles on the odometer and an amazing 1956 Chevy Cameo pickup. While all the unsold cars were stored in warehouses, many of them ended up on the Lambrecht`s family farm. This eventually grew into a vast collection of legendary classic cars. Check out the video below which is a grand tour of many of the cars before being auctioned.
