Brand New Range Rover Evoque SUV Falls From A 66 Feet Tall Bridge In Sochi, Russia!
The notion of falling from a bridge can frighten most gearheads. Hollywood also doesn`t help and tends to feed our fears with various movie scenes ranging from Godzilla to Spider-Man. However, that danger is pretty much real. Many motorists lost their lives this way because of adverse road conditions or excessive speed. In this CCTV footage, we can see that danger manifested into real life.
A brand new Range Rover Evoque SUV can be seen plummeting from a six stories tall bridge to the street below. Fortunately, the driver miraculously survived the massive crash. If this is not a convincing crash test for the Evoque, we don`t know what is.
In the CCTV footage, we can see the Range Rover Evoque SUV speeding on a wet street when he/she hit the fence and plummeted over it. Because the accident happened on a Sunday, a lot of witnesses were on hand.
The driver managed to survive the plummet from 66 feet, but the vehicle is a total write-off. It looks like a 3-door Pure Evoque model that is worth around $40,000. We rarely see a vehicle being damaged like that as well. The front end is not as nearly as damaged as the underneath of the car.
The suspension was completely torn-apart while some parts of the interior shot upwards like in a mine explosion. What do you think?
