We have written about Mr. Gear in the past, and he can`t fail to surprise us with each of his upcoming ideas. He really is a very creative dude who can teach us a few things but also make us laugh. In this next video, he manages do to the latter. He came up with the idea of burning things with a glowing 1000 degree knife. We think it`s cool to watch how some items and its particles melt away into oblivion. We also don`t recommend doing this at home, as Mr. Gear says in his video, this video is only intended for scientific and entertaining purposes.
He starts the video by heating a knife up with three TIG torches simultaneously. The first item to be the glowing knife`s victim is a soap. When the glowing knife touches the soap, the soap produces one weird sound that will even make you cringe. Then, he tries the glowing knife on a piece of cheese. We don`t need to explain this one, we all know how melted cheese looks like. However, the most interesting of all is when he tries to melt a Coca Cola bottle. The glowing knife goes through the Coca Cola bottle like going through the aforementioned cheese. Take a look at the video below, and remember, we don`t recommend burning things at home.
