Most of us drive cars, SUVs or pickup trucks. To start their engine, all you have to do is to put the key into the ignition and either press the start button or twist the key a little bit. Whichever way you start it, it is remarkably simple and fast. However, this is not the case with bigger machines. It takes several minutes to start the engine and it is way more complex than starting a car for example.
In order to start a boat diesel engine, many steps need to be taken. First, you turn on the cooling pump switch, followed by checking the cooling pump. Second, you have to turn on the generator, which in this case is a 250hp Scania model. Afterwards, you will need to switch off the mainland power supply and switch the power to the generator power supply.
