However, there seemed to be a lot of bikes that could be either salvaged, repaired or refurbished so David didn`t give up there. Instead, he tracked the owner of the bike graveyard, coming up with the name Frank Murrell in the process.
They went to contact Frank and kept in contact ever since, but a while later the building had to be emptied by order of the city, which meant that these guys could grab whatever they want and the rest would be scrapped.
They took out everything they could get their hands on, but over 600 bikes were still destroyed. Such a pity!
