Hello my dear muscle car aficionados. Today we have prepared something really special, something that will be a real adrenaline rush booster for all those amongst you who simply love and adore watching those powerful drag beasts that are packing a real monster under the hood. As you could have read in the title, I`m talking about the world`s fastest Camaro, that has set a new record of whooping 263.2 mph, beating the previous year`s best time by 10 mph!
This impressive race took place in October 2012, at the Texas Mile (where else?), where Kelly Bise and KP Racing`s 2002 Chevy Camaro SS, driven by Joe Huneycutt, managed to run the fastest Camaro race in the standing mile. Powered by a Twin Turbo, which is giving the car a total output to an astonishing 2 500 HP, this muscle beast is really one of those Detroit muscles that makes you feel proud to be an American.
So, without further adieu, I will let you watch this appealing video clip and see the fastest 2002 Chevy Camaro SS in action yourself. And if you want to see more from 2012 Texas Mile, and watch other fast as hell muscle monsters, go to this link.
