Boy, I honestly hope that most of you know what you are about to see, from the very first moment you have read the title and find out that today we have decided to show you a sequence of the very first Steven Spielberg Duel movie, from 1971. One of psychologically most intense thrillers ever made, which has shown the future star track career of then young director, Steven Spielberg.
The film itself actually portraits the mind battle between the modern man and the world of machines, and the deep inner fear of the machines, which humans are carrying in themselves. The machines are represented by one big, ultra-powerful and ominous looking truck that seems to be totally unstoppable, and the everyday man, who again depends on the machine, his car, to fight against this menace.
The entire film is actually one big chase between the man in his Plymouth Valiant and that huge, rusty and scary looking 18-wheeler. And the video that you are going to see shows us some of the most intense and suspenseful scenes, starting from the beginning of the duel on that remote road, all the way till the end, and the climax of the film, when that big and mysterious truck is being destroyed!
