America`s 1244HP Hypercar Hennessey Venom Car is officially faster than the Bugatti Veyron SS.
On the Top Gear test at the Kennedy Space Center, the Hennessey Venom has hit 270.49 mph which is the highest top speed ever recorded by a serial production car.
The record was set on Feb 14 2014 by the test pilot Brian Smith on Space Shuttle landing runway in Florida.
