Today`s story takes place in the city of Juarez, Mexico. More precisely, in an old neighborhood where almost every structure is made of concrete blocks. Some of you may already know that this city is not for people with weak stomachs, due to the dangerous cartels that rule the streets. Nevertheless, the visit definitely paid off. Because you simply cannot see a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS396 on a daily basis nowadays! Even if you do see one, you can`t have it for the price offered in Mexico. It is at least twice as much in the States.
However, this vehicle is not in a driving condition. It was left on that very rooftop more than 2 decades ago. But it still leaves an impression when you lay an eye on it. On the other hand, it really hurts seeing such car in a condition like this. Despite the fact that the underhood is barely filled with some parts (there is no engine, no transmission) this is a real SS396 body and almost rust-free! Anyway, these guys didn`t manage to make a deal about this car, and it stayed on the rooftop as it was.
