The future of BMW M cars is settled. They will come in AWD in future times. The M CEO of the company, Frank van Meel said that BMW Four Wheel Drive will be available on the market! The first one to experience it will be the BMW M5. However, a rear wheel drive version will be available as well.
According to Frank van Meel, the BMW Four Wheel Drive is a necessity. The M cars already produce power outputs that need AWD, in order to achieve the traction levels that are proper! Anyway, both AWD and RWD will be offered to the costumers.
