This really surprises us. But it`s official. According to European sales data, Ford Mustang sales were the highest in March, in Germany! This means that it overpassed all the local automakers such as Audi, Mercedes and BMW! This goes only for sports cars, of course.
The total number of Ford Mustang sales was 780! 780 in a single month – March! Of course, this is nothing when compared to the `Stangs sold in the US – 12.563! However, it was enough to be the number one selling sports car in Germany! However, being the bestselling car in March does not give you the title “best-selling car of the year”! That title goes to Audi TT which was sold in 2.299 units this year!
