1970 Dodge Charger 500 – You Simply MUST SEE This Beauty!

It is almost hard to believe that this unbelievably great looking 1970 Dodge Charger 500 started and spent most of its life as a blue-collar driver, for whom no one else, except a real muscle car aficionado, could have paid more attention, and later ended up as one of the best Dodge Charger there is out there in the world. But with the unlimited vision and clever restoration process, everything is possible, and one cannot find a better example of that than this awesome car.

First of all, the car`s body was stripped only to bare metal, then replaced with the best possible panels, and with a help of thorough block-sanding, that impeccable profile was formed. After the profile was finally finished and completely prepped, the PPG Black was detailed, using a red hue, sealing it under a silky Clearcoat. The final product is one ominous looking muscle car, with a typical old school appearance, but also with a flavor of the new age.

Under the hood of the 1970 Dodge Charger 500 there is a 500ci Street Wedge V8, made by Indy Cylinder Head, that gives an output to a 630 HP and 575 pound feet of torque. The powerful Indy is mated to a Tremec TKO600 5-speed, and it has an independent front suspension and triangulated rear one. I think that we can call it a real mechanical excellence without any doubts. Check it out.
