Straight out of a James Bond movie, or maybe a lowlife criminal`s daily life, these plate concealers can get you into lots of trouble with the police for having hidden plates, but they could also help you get away from some awkward situations. Of course, these things are illegal in most states and recently there was a case in New York where a guy was jailed for having one of them and running through toll ways. Note that possession of these is a felony, so I really can`t understand the logic of posting a video of your car with them.
Also, this is a rather recognizable car, wouldn`t you think? A top of the line Mercedes Benz C63 in bright orange shouldn`t be too hard to remember or track down, even without the license plates. The way this thing works in the back is – it simply covers the license plate with a piece of black plastic. In the front, it slides the entire, until then hidden plate to its normal position. However, I would have serious doubts about doing this in an actual getaway situation because that frame looks really flimsy and the entire plate could fall off! You just have to obey the law, that`s all!
However, even Batman gets pulled over for driving without plates!
