Check Out This Mean 657hp 1969 Chevy Camaro Road Rage!

Chevy Camaro Road Rage

John Stout first got his car in 1978, when he was only sixteen years old. When he was in school he got hooked up on drag racing, building a tough 327/four speed with a 5.13 gears and 12-bolt rear-end for that matter. John did the most modifications on this 1969 Camaro Road Rage on his own. He placed CR1 Corbeau seats with pump up bladders and floor-mounted transmission/gauge cluster.

He was building this car for a whole nine years, but when he was finally done, it was a hell out of a work. Firstly, he made the subframe, adding QA1 12-way adjustable shocks and 400-pound coilover springs. When he finished raising the tranny tunnel, he mini-tubbed the rear, expending it three inches to match the 17×11 Corvette ZR1 rims and 17×9.5s fenders and Michelin Pilot Sports.

He painted the car black, applying PPG hue through the black pearl SS strips, rear quarter panel gills and airbrushed LS7 emblems.

The work didn`t finish here. New sheetmetal was installed at the front clip, the doors, the the billet vents and the quarter panels were supplied as well. The interior is just as amazing as the exterior. All the aluminum suspension parts are powder-coated as well as the engine brackets. The engine boosts 675hp, has a bigger cam, valve springs and retainers, computer tweaked system and also the ARP bolts from the engine.

It`s a car worth worshiping.
