Who better to do a ZL1 Camaro Test drive than John Hennessey? There has been a lot of hype on the latest ZL1 Camaro, and all of that anticipation was totally justified. This is really the baddest Camaro of them all. The guys at Chevy has really over engineered this car. It`s got a lot of airflow coming through the nose. The vehicle has up to 9 coolers in it, from a couple of intercoolers to heat exchangers, oil cooler, dip cooler and transmission cooler. It`s powered by a supercharged 6-liter V8 that provides 640 HP. We also got to mention the beautiful smoke gray wheel design.
Other obvious feature is the carbon fiber on the hood, which is very well done. John Hennessey is absolutely loving it and says that this car is going to be awesome for modifying. He says that it will be very easy to tune it up to 750HP, and even a 1000HP! He also says that they are likely to fit two turbos in this beast. The ZL1 Camaro test drive was amazing as well. It managed to hit a top speed of 173. Hennessey says that it can go even faster with a taller reared ratio and a taller tire. We can`t wait for the modified version!
