You would`ve thought that those exotic European supercars were bulletproof. It turns out that no car is immune to technical problems. In this video we can see a guy driving his 2006 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder very fast and simply enjoying his European trip. However, after a while, the engine of his precious Lambo suddenly blows up at a very high speed. The driver immediately stops and leaves the car as fast as he can. This malfunction resulted in heavy smoke and oil leakage. If you are sensitive about Italian exotics this will definitely break your heart. However, not everything is doom and gloom as you`ll see the engine replaced in the second video.

In this second video we can see the 2006 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder engine`s changed by the owner. He paid $43.000 for a brand new engine and a new clutch as well. Everything looks perfect now, it drives really nice again and he is very happy with it. The only problem is he lost the service manual. Without it the value of the car drops for 11.000 dollars.
