The owners of the flooded cars by Hurricane Harvey are facing very hard facts right now. If they didn’t bought a comprehensive insurance that means their cars are certainly totaled and they will get nothing for their damage. The statistics says that 15% of the car owners has no car insurance at all and that means they are all without any protection. Around 10% are covered by some basic insurance and that means they will be covered with a very small amount from their damage.
